About The Company:

  • Our client is an Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) administration

  • Coordinate training & development programs for employees

  • Handle personnel administration (contracts, attendance, leave, employee records)

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Oversee facility maintenance, office/plant assets, and procurement

  • Manage company permits & licenses (business, building, environmental)

  • Handle vendor management and contract negotiations

  • Supervise security operations and protocols

  • Develop and monitor workplace safety (K3) and environmental programs, including risk assessment and emergency preparedness

  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major

  • Business English proficiency

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as HRGA Supervisor within Japanese Manufacturing company

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations; familiarity with GA operation

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
