Key Responsibilities
Generate sales and hit the certain sales targets or budget
Provide clinical support and scrub assistance for orthopaedic products and implants
Conduct product training and demonstrations for healthcare professionals
Support surgical procedures and operating room activities when required
Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer support
Manage sales and marketing activities for assigned products
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and customers
Conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
Bachelor's Degree in Medical study, preferable in Nursing
Fluent in English
Minimum GPA of 3.00
1-2 years of experience in Orthopaedic business
Sales target oriented
Good communication skills
Comfortable working in hospital and operating room environments
Eager to learn new products
Capable to work within a team as well as independently
Willing to travel, working mobile in flexible hours
The positions are available in Surabaya and Bali.
