WAREHOUSE MANAGER

About the Role

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our operations team in Banten. This is a full-time position where you will oversee all warehouse activities and lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. As Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our supply chain excellence and supporting the company's strategic logistics objectives. You will report directly to the Operations Director and be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse functions, team supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial to our success in the manufacturing, transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

2. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

3. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting, and periodic stock audits.

4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.

5. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational productivity.

6. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, company policies, and applicable legal requirements.

7. Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to achieve operational excellence.

8. Analyze warehouse performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Coordinate with Logistics and Distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

10. Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.

• Good understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse optimization, and logistics planning.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), warehouse safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale FMCG warehouse operations.

• Experience implementing warehouse improvement projects and process optimization.

• Knowledge of Lean Warehousing, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.

• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or ISO are an advantage.
