About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join PT Aroma Prima Livindo in a full-time capacity based in Banten. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of our product portfolio. You will act as the driving force behind our product strategy, working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business objectives. This position is crucial to our continued growth and success in the competitive consumer goods marketplace.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
Ensure products comply with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Monitor product performance, sales, profitability, and market trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and manage product portfolios.
Drive innovation while balancing product quality, cost efficiency, and time-to-market
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum *5–10 years of experience** as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD), product lifecycle management, and brand management.
Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer behavior, and product commercialization.
Good knowledge of *Quality Management Systems (QMS)** and international quality standards, including ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other relevant FMCG quality standards.
Familiarity with *Quality Assurance (QA)**, Quality Control (QC), internal audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, including *BPOM** regulations and product compliance standards.
Strong analytical, leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in successfully launching new FMCG products.
* Experience participating in or supporting ISO and quality management system audits.
* Professional certifications related to Quality Management, ISO Standards, or Project Management are an advantage
