DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Comply with store house rules, regulations and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
2. Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity.
3. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the merchandise display in the store cabinets/showcases.
4. Maintain a clean and neat general/over-all store environment including stockroom.
5. Welcome customers to the store, promote & offer products and answer queries.
6. Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and help customers explore available options.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
8. Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and sales productivity.
9. Generate sales based on sales target. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
10. Create and maintain database of customer accounts, contact numbers and addresses.
11. Perform other related duties or responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or college level.
• Proven work experience as retail sales associate or similar role in department store and/or boutique operations.
• Proficient in product presentation.
• Sales Background in high-end products/brands, a plus.
• Highly motivated, sales target driven& demonstrate a positive over-all attitude.
• Exudes a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Effective in communication skills in Tagalog and English or in the native dialect of the province where the store is located.
• Have good interpersonal and networking skills to interact with customers.
• Capable of working well under pressure and able to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Can render an efficient and high-quality customer experience.
• Equipped with Basic Math Skills.
• Knowledgeable with inventory monitoring & control procedures.
• Available to work flexible shifts and willing to work long hours during weekends, and holidays.
