Finance Accounting

About the role

As the Finance Accountant at PT The Paralian Uluwatu', you will play a key role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in the beautiful location of Bali and will involve managing the company's financial accounting and reporting responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and statements, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Providing timely and accurate financial reports to management.

• Conducting financial analyses, reconciliations, and financial forecasting to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

• Managing cash flow and preparing financial forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability.

• Coordinating and managing bank loan applications, repayments, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business growth.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field

• Able to speak English fluently

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry

• Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
