The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the assigned territory to achieve sales, operational, and service excellence. This role oversees field operations, develops strategic initiatives, ensures compliance with company standards, manages team performance, and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve sales, productivity, and operational KPI targets.
- Develop and implement territory strategies aligned with overall business and sales objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits, work-withs, spot checks, and performance coaching to ensure execution excellence.
- Monitor team attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee asset management, inventory control, logistics, POSM activation, and event execution within the assigned territory.
- Ensure accurate inventory and safekeeping of company assets and merchandising materials.
- Prepare and submit timely operational reports with performance analysis and recommendations.
- Support project activations and coordinate with business partners to ensure successful execution.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Experience in operations, sales management, or field operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, or banking is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, analytical, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively for field operations.
