Account Manager / System Consultant is responsible for building strong client relationships and deliver tailored IT and system solutions. He/she will act as a trusted advisor, managing client needs from consultation through implementation, while working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role combines technical expertise with sales strategy, supporting business growth through solution design, project oversight, and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with new clients, fostering trust and engagement.
- Act as a reliable advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective
communication with new clients.
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored system and IT solutions.
- Leverage technical sales experience to support solution design and product positioning.
- Gather, document, and manage client requirements with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure all solutions meet client specifications and expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, support) and
external stakeholders (e.g., partners, vendors).
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all project phases.
Develop and implement branding strategies in collaboration with principals and product
partners.
- Enhance market positioning and support overall business growth goals.
- Prepare customized proposals, manage quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and upselling within existing accounts
- Coordinate solution implementation and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, business course or related field
• At least 3 years' experience
• Professional Appearance: Maintains a well-groomed and polished demeanor, suitable for
client interactions and corporate settings.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrates clarity, confidence, and adaptability in
verbal and written exchanges, fostering effective collaboration.
