About us

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; Stella Group international based in China.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry

Position: Mandarin Speaker Engineering, Mandarin Speaker Technical, Mandarin Speaker Administration, Mandarin Speaker HR

Placement: Central Java

Requirements:

1. Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK).

2. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome.

4. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Descriptions:

1. Act as a communication bridge between Chinese/Taiwanese management and local factory teams.

2. Translate verbal and written communications, including SOPs, work instructions, technical documents, and production reports, from Mandarin to English/Indonesian and vice versa.

3. Support and coordinate daily production activities across shoe manufacturing processes.

4. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

5. Assist management during production meetings, audits, trials, and improvement projects.
