Account Manager (Mandarin)

Job Description

1. We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall management and delivery of business projects in Indonesia, formulate business development strategies and ensure revenue achievement;

2. Responsible for coordinating various project resources, including but not limited to human resources, administration, IT, customers, etc.;

3. Supervise and guide the completion of the goals of each project team;

4. Responsible for the construction and training of the project team.

Job Requirements

• You need to have more than 3-5 years call centre business operation and team management experience is preferred;

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, team spirit, stress resistance, and strong data analysis skills;

• Have a big-picture view and sense of innovation, good at identifying problems and actively seeking solutions to them.
