ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the e-commerce team by managing product data, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate product listings and successful product launches. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Product & Data Management
- Manage product data, listings, pricing, and specifications
- Support product launches and perform data uploads, checks, and audits
- Generate reports and analyze data using Excel
Supplier & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, production, and timelines
- Track samples, inventory, and purchase orders
- Resolve product and delivery issues
Operations & Collaboration
- Support inventory tracking and competitor checks
- Maintain product documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in product administration or a buying/product team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience handling SKUs, large datasets, and reporting
- Knowledge of pricing, costs, and profit margins
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with international suppliers and managing multiple priorities
