We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our company in Metro Manila. This role is ideal for a motivated individual, passionate about building relationships with customers, driving sales and providing solutions to customer needs in diverse industries, including meat, chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other sectors that will need cold storage services.
The Sales Rep will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, develop new accounts, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target potential customers given the identified key industries
- Drive sales growth by presenting solutions and understanding customer needs
- Negotiate prices, terms, service level agreements, and ensure contract compliance
- Proactively develop a robust pipeline of leads and win new business opportunities
- Maintain positive business relationships with the customer by effectively communicating with customers, and presenting solutions clearly and concisely
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and offer tailored solution
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being proactive and sensitive to issues and concerns raised by customers
3. Market Analysis
- Note key market trends, opportunities and competitors within the territory
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor offerings and capabilities
4. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and account details using the reports to be provided
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the immediate supervisor
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within direct sales, logistics, food company, importer sectors
- Strong knowledge on cold storage equipment, systems, and related regulations is a plus
- Excellent communications, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila and willing to do extensive daily customer visits within the assigned territory
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possesses a high sense of maturity, honesty and integrity
- Valid driver’s license
