Replenishment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Replenishment: Create and review replenishment orders for selected suppliers using Lokad system.
• Internal Transfers: Coordinate and manage transfers of items from Distribution Centers (DC) to stores, ensuring they align with budget requirements.
• Stock Monitoring: Analyze out-of-stock (OOS) situations and implement actions to reduce OOS percentage to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, chase late or short deliveries, and ensure the high availability of KVLs (Key Value Lines).
• Promotional Management: Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure stock levels align with monthly promotions and other marketing activities.
• Forecasting & Orders: Review forecasting suggestions, manage ETA dates, and address obsolete stock issues, cancelling orders when necessary.
• Stock Reporting: Conduct regular checks on zero stock reports and manage data inputs related to stock transfers.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with finance to close Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure synchronization of stock data.
• Process Improvement: Work with suppliers to improve performance on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Dock Smart bookings.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist planning teams in managing stock levels for new store openings.
• Continuously seek improvements in the Lokad purchasing system to enhance user experience and stock management efficiency.
• Ad hoc tasks related to inventory and replenishment as needed.
