Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Store Operational Manager (Multi Store) to lead the operational excellence and expansion of our growing Mom & Baby retail business. This role will play a key part in establishing strong retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and supporting the successful opening and growth of multiple stores across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of stores within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
Lead store opening projects, including operational readiness, manpower planning, store setup, and post-opening performance stabilization.
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and best practices to support business growth and scalability.
Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, inventory levels, and store profitability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drive sales growth through effective execution of commercial initiatives, visual merchandising standards, and customer engagement strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a consistent shopping experience across all stores.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Leader and store teams to build a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to ensure consistency and operational discipline.
Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other departments to support business objectives.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage control, and replenishment processes.
Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and business recommendations for senior management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support regional business development.
Support future expansion projects and ensure new stores are successfully integrated into company operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-store management role.
Experience in Premium Supermarket, Department Store, Pharmacy, Healthy & Beauty, Mom & Baby Products, or other specialty retail businesses with more than 15.000+ SKUs is highly preferred.
Proven experience in new store openings, retail expansion, or business growth projects.
Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, operational KPIs, inventory performance, and financial data.
Experience in developing operational standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment with changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
High level of integrity, accountability, and operational discipline.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, and operational audits is an advantage.
Willing to travel frequently to support store operations and new store openings.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required during store openings or peak business periods.
