About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to become the bridge between our customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, excellent service delivery, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working closely with both customers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests and initiatives.
Provide regular updates and manage customer expectations professionally.
Conduct product onboarding, user training, and presentations when required.
Monitor ongoing activities and maintain visibility through internal trackers and dashboards.
Prepare periodic reports and provide visibility on service progress.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.
Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Service, Project Coordination, Service Delivery, or similar customer-facing roles.
Fresh graduates with strong internship, organizational, or customer-facing experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience conducting product training or presentations is a plus.
