About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and attentive Shisha Maker to deliver a premium shisha experience at Maison Almaz.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining shisha setups — ensuring every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish.

• Prepare, customize, and serve shisha setups with various tobacco or herbal flavors based on guest preferences.
• Clean, assemble, and maintain all shisha equipment before and after each session.
• Manage charcoal, monitor active sessions, and ensure a high-quality guest experience throughout.
• Maintain station cleanliness and assist guests with flavor selection and recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum High School or Diploma; at least 1 year of experience as a Shisha Maker or in a similar lounge or F&B role.
• Knowledgeable in shisha preparation, flavor mixing, and charcoal management.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Confident in English conversation and able to communicate effectively with local and international guests.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a positive attitude under pressure.
