Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle full of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance control, payroll (inc salary scale and structure), performance review, and employee relations.
- Develop and design KPIs and SOPs aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Analyze KPI achievement and provide improvement recommendations
- Handle full-cycle payroll, including salary calculation, overtime, deductions, PPh 21, and monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll administration (contracts, attendance, leaves, overtime and evaluations, etc.)
- Handle industrial relations matters, including drafting employment agreements, internal regulations, and managing employee disputes or disciplinary issues
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, documentation, reporting tasks.HR compliance, BPJS systems, and taxation
- Administer and maintain the company's HRIS system, including inputting, updating and analysing employee data
- Coordinate with Area Managers and HR teams to fulfill manpower needs
- Plan and manage internal engagement programs and campaigns to foster a positive workplace culture.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management
- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist F&B Restaurant Industry for our brands ( Sukiyaki RIN, Yakiniku TEN, Ryu Jin & Sumomatsu )
- Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, preferably in an administrative or HR support function. Experience in Mekari Talenta application is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices relevant to the company's HR management
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Good attention to details and thoroughness for data.
- Proactive and problem solving mindset, able to work independently
