A Customer Service Representative assists customers by answering their questions through phone, email, or chat, helps solve their concerns or issues, provides clear and accurate information, updates customer records, and ensures that customers have a positive experience.
Qualifications:
• Open to High School Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduates, and College Graduates/Undergraduates
• With or without BPO experience
• Above-average to excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite (no work-from-home setup available)
