We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to support, configure, and enhance Workday solutions within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Workday Payroll, Workday integrations, and enterprise application support, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field.

Workday Experience

• Strong experience with Workday Payroll.
• Experience supporting one or more Workday modules:
• Core HCM
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Talent Management
• Absence Management
• Time Tracking
• Integration
• Security
• Data Conversion

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Workday technologies such as:
• Advanced Custom Reports
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Core Connectors
• PICOF / PECI
• Workday Studio
• Workday Web Services
• Knowledge of SDLC and software engineering principles.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration and Integrations.
• Experience integrating Workday with SAP or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, Azure, REST/SOAP APIs, or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Payroll and related Workday modules.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Workday applications and integrations.
• Support software development and application enhancement initiatives.
• Design and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions.
• Perform system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of Workday processes.
