Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
* Oversee full-cycle accounting: AR, AP, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
* Prepare accurate monthly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) compliant
with PSAK/IFRS
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support scalable operations
* Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21/23/25) and coordinate external audits (KAP) and tax consultants
* Manage consolidated financial reporting
* Supervise finance & accounting team; provide coaching and performance management
* Drive process automation and system optimization to meet public company standards
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Able to Speak and Write mandarin in working setting standard is a MUST , report to china expat
* Minimum 8–10 years in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in leadership
* Proven track record managing audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting in multi-outlet retail/FMCG
* Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Excel (pivot, macros, modeling)
* Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS, internal controls, and corporate governance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
