Job Description

• Manage the commercial activities of the Refined Glycerin business to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Coordinate with global sales teams on volume allocation, sales plans, and commercial strategies.

• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare and analyze commercial reports, including sales performance, market updates, trading positions, and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate contract management and compliance with agreed commercial terms.

• Collaborate with Operations, PPIC, Logistics, and Freight teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment execution.

• Support freight planning and customer delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.

• Resolve commercial issues proactively and provide excellent customer support.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commodities trading, export business, FMCG, food industry, or related sectors.

• Experience in containerized export operations is preferred.

• Exposure to palm oil, oleochemicals, glycerin, or related commodity industries will be an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, profitability, and P&L peformance.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with cross-functional and global teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications (Power BI, AI tools, or Microsoft Copilot)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
