Job Description :
Create and develop 3D models of architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or other relevant tools.
Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to implement design ideas and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and permit applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices for 3D modeling and visualization.
Ensure that all 3D models and renderings meet company standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality.
Prepare and participate in design presentations, both internally and externally, to effectively communicate project concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.
Proficient in rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work is preferred.
