  We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal Driver to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to provide reliable and secure transportation services to our clients and key personnel. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and courteous transportation whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and vehicle maintenance. This role is fundamental to supporting the mobility and operational efficiency of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Operating company or client vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all traffic regulations and road safety standards

• Planning and optimising routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations whilst considering traffic conditions and fuel efficiency

• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Jakarta Selatan and surrounding areas to provide efficient and dependable transportation

• Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, tyre pressure, lights and overall vehicle condition

• Keeping the vehicle clean, well-maintained and presentable at all times, both interior and exterior

• Ensuring passenger safety and comfort during all journeys, providing a professional and courteous service

• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding passenger information, conversations and schedules

• Recording vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance activities accurately for reporting purposes

• Assisting passengers with luggage and providing support as required, whilst maintaining professional boundaries

• Communicating effectively with clients and management regarding scheduling, delays or any issues that may arise

What we're looking for

• Valid Indonesian driving licence with a clean driving record and no serious traffic violations

• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience for Mercedes Benz S Class or BMW 7 Series.

• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety, punctuality and reliability

• Professional demeanour, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently

• Physical fitness and ability to assist with luggage and perform manual tasks when required

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the ability to identify and report mechanical issues

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and modern communication technology

• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and occasional overtime when required

• A commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct
