Customer Service (After Sales)

Location: West Jakarta
Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent after-sales support through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve after-sales issues promptly and professionally.

  • Track shipment status and assist customers with logistics-related inquiries while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Process warranty claims, technical issues, complaints, order inquiries, account-related questions, billing concerns, cancellations, and other customer requests.

  • Monitor and follow up on after-sales cases across all sales channels to ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare regular after-sales performance reports, including RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) analysis and customer service metrics.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, including on weekends when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

  • Willing to work in a warehouse environment in West Jakarta.

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Patient, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and their order processes is an advantage.

  • Experience in customer service or after-sales support is preferred.
