Key Responsibilities
o Quality Control & Assurance: Execute comprehensive inspections during fabrication and site erection to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and international codes.
o Documentation Management: Prepare and manage essential quality documents, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Quality Management Plans (QMP), Rencana Mutu Pekerjaan Konstruksi (RMPK), and Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR).
o Process Oversight: Monitor and report on Non-Conformities (NCR) and lead Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAR) to ensure zero-defect project delivery.
o Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for joint inspections with client representatives, supervision consultants, and owners, ensuring smooth communication and immediate resolution of technical issues.
o Technical Reporting: Provide accurate, timely weekly reports and technical status updates directly to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager regarding project progress and quality status.
Qualifications
o Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
o Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in steel bridge fabrication and site erection.
o Core Certification: Mandatory Welding Inspector certification.
o Preferred Certification: NDT ASNT Level II (highly preferred).
o Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and PDF management tools.
o Availability: Willing to be stationed at various project sites throughout Indonesia.
Technical Competencies
You must demonstrate deep knowledge in the following areas:
o Structural Inspection: Proficiency in dimensional inspections, structural bolt tensioning inspection, and high-strength bolting procedures.
o Welding Quality: Expert knowledge in WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), WPQT (Welder Performance Qualification Test), and welding consumables control.
o Surface Protection: Thorough understanding of corrosion protection processes, including blasting and painting standards.
o Traceability: Strong ability to manage material traceability systems effectively.
o International Standards: Working knowledge of the following standards:
- AWS D1.5 (Bridge Welding Code)
- JIS B 1186, JIS B 1180, JIS G 3106, JIS G 3101, JIS G 3192, JIS G 3193
- ISO 12944 (Protective paint systems)
