Due to our business development, PT. Indo Kompresigma (a joint venture PMA with KAWAN LAMA GROUP) is looking for a dynamic and achievement-oriented people to join our operation in JAKARTA (Head Office) as a:

MARKETING SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Quotation Management:  Prepare, process, and issue formal price quotations to customers accurately and timely using the company’s internal ERP system.

• Part Number Identification: Source, verify, and cross-reference spare part numbers using parts books or the principal's SAP manual system.

• Sales Team Assistance: Provide administrative backup to field sales representatives to ensure a smooth and seamless sales cycle.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum [Diploma / Bachelor's Degree] in any major (Engineering, Business Administration or related fields are preferred).

• Minimum [1–2 years] of experience as a Marketing Support, Sales Administrator, or Parts Clerk.

• Must be familiar with reading parts catalogs (Part Number Manuals / Principal SAP systems).

• Proficient in computer applications.

• High level of attention to detail (as a One-digit error in a part number can lead to incorrect quotation).

• Good communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
