Key responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across search, social media, email, and display channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement
Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking across multiple platforms
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for digital growth and innovation within the financial services sector
Create and analyse performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams including product, sales, and brand to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives
Optimise website and landing pages for conversion, including A/B testing, user experience improvements, and technical SEO enhancements
Manage digital budgets and allocate resources strategically to maximise return on investment across various digital channels
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the bank remains competitive in the digital landscape
Support the development of content strategies and coordinate with content creators to produce engaging digital content for various platforms
What we're looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3- years of experience in digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), or search engine optimisation (SEO) within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Demonstrated expertise in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate complex digital concepts to diverse audiences
Proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns that resulted in increased brand awareness, lead generation, or customer acquisition
Knowledge of financial services or banking industry, or demonstrable ability to quickly learn industry-specific regulations and customer behaviours
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability, combined with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
