Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resource operations while ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services and processes. The role oversees recruitment and onboarding, training and development, HR administration, employee records management, and contract monitoring. The HR Officer ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and organizational standards while providing timely and effective HR support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communication.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Prepare employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, completion of employment documents, and coordination of system access.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant databases.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for newly hired employees.
Training & Development
- Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training programs, orientations, and workshops.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training materials, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers.
- Monitor employee training compliance and maintain updated training records.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files, HR databases, and personnel records.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, certifications, memoranda, notices, and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor employment contract renewals and ensure timely processing of contract-related requirements.
- Generate HR reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
- Assist in maintaining HR documents and records in accordance with ISO documentation requirements.
- Prepare and organize HR reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper document control and filing systems.
Other Duties
- Coordinate with various departments regarding HR-related concerns.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and HR administration.
- Experience in contract monitoring and employee records management.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and report preparation is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

- Monday to Friday (Onsite)
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
