JOB SUMMARY:

The Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and business initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders and project teams, the role helps ensure that activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The role also supports process optimisation, documentation, and operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Through effective coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, the Delivery Associate contributes to successful project outcomes and continuous improvement across the business.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Delivery

  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects and business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, and status reports.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support project governance and reporting activities.

Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist stakeholders in implementing process improvements and operational controls.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and support project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business units, project teams, and leadership.
  • Escalate project risks, issues, and resource constraints as required.

Governance, Reporting & Controls

  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and records.

Change & Implementation Support

  • Assist with business readiness activities for project implementations.
  • Support user adoption, communications, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate implementation activities and monitor post-implementation outcomes.
  • Support benefits tracking and project closure activities.
