Sales Representative Supervisor

A Sales representative supervisor responsibles for stores operations business in one territory/account, Achieveing the stores sales and stores profitability by developing sales strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, analysing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. The Sales representative is also responsible for training and motivating the sales staff in the stores, as well as reporting on sales performance and business issues to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor and drive sales performance across assigned stores to achieve sales targets

• See the business opportunity

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards and company SOPs.   

• Ensure proper execution of Visual Merchandising and promotional activities.               

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment or transfers when required

• Maintain the good relations and communiation with retail partners

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans.

• Ensuring the stores are implementing the seasonal GTM

• Working closely with related department to control stores inventory under his/her supervision

• Monitor the store profitability

• Holding a product knowledge and selling skill training in a seasonal base

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION :

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field,

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a related role,

Skill necessary :

• Have ability to work both individually and in team

• Good communication both verbal and written in Bahasa and English

• Good in operating Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point& Outlook

• Able to liaise with Partners

• Loyal & Honest

• Leadership skill

• Retail experience background is preferred
