Kepala Sekolah SD (Primary Head)

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic Primary School Principal to lead our Primary School division. The successful candidate will provide strong academic leadership, foster a positive learning culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education in line with the school's vision and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the Primary School.
• Lead and support teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Monitor curriculum implementation, teaching standards, and student academic achievement.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and holistic development.
• Supervise teacher performance through coaching, mentoring, classroom observations, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and school leadership to strengthen student learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, educational regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and promote continuous professional development for staff.
• Manage student discipline, safeguarding, and wellbeing in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Support student admissions, school events, and community engagement activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in an international school and familiarity with Cambridge, IB, IPC, or other international curricula is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teaching staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Passionate about student-centered learning and committed to educational excellence.
