- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial retail products and services.
- Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, billing, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including quality and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information
- High School Graduate.
- At least 3 months of BPO experience.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
