We are looking for friendly, professional Call Center Agents to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand our products, resolve issues, and get the most out of their experience with us.
What you'll be doing:
Handle incoming calls with a warm, professional attitude
Explain product details in a way that's easy to follow
Solve customer concerns quickly and effectively
Guide customers through account or plan changes
Keep detailed records of each interaction
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
