Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
- 1 year of relevant experience
- With experience or solid knowledge in: Filing and preparation of BIR documents (VAT, 1601-E, 2551Q, 1701Q, etc.), General accounting tasks: bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation. Preparation of Financial Statement (FS), Government compliance (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Job description:
- Prepare and file tax returns and government reports.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Maintain accounting records and documents
- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in financial analysis and risk management
Work Location: Pasig or Marikina
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9AM-6PM or 8AM-6PM
