Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a leading Ride-Hailing Account. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to riders and drivers by handling inquiries, resolving trip-related concerns, processing account requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional and timely assistance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist riders and drivers with trip concerns, account issues, payment inquiries, and app-related support.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and security procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.


Qualifications
  • High School Graduate.
  • At least 12 months of BPO experience.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
