Tanggung Jawab

1. Melakukan survey lokasi instalasi. 

2. Melakukan pemasangan antena VSAT Fixed maupun Mobile/Gyro. 

3. Melakukan pointing antena dan commissioning perangkat. 

4. Instalasi modem, router, switch, radio, dan perangkat pendukung. 

5. Melakukan preventive dan corrective maintenance. 

6. Melakukan troubleshooting onsite terhadap gangguan layanan pelanggan. 

7. Membuat laporan hasil instalasi dan maintenance. 

8. Berkoordinasi dengan NOC saat proses aktivasi layanan. 

9. Menjaga standar keselamatan kerja selama pekerjaan lapangan.
