Contracts Manager

As the Contracts Manager, you will analyze and review contracts, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients on the company’s behalf.This position is open to in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote work options. The hiring salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000* annually with benefits.

What a successful Contracts Manager will accomplish in the first 90 days

• Demonstrate understanding of our proposals and contracts by identifying areas of risk and presenting alternatives.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or law-related field.
• 3+ years of paralegal or equivalent contract management/administration experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal and technical documents.
• Construction industry experience preferred; fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Negotiation skills.

*Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, education, place of residence (if remote), and internal parity.
