Jobdesc :
- Directs & oversees day to day project operations through effective leadership & efficient management of team leads.
- Ensure delivery of all client KPI's and targets
- Maintains good working realtions with clients dan serves as customers primary point of contract creating open and effective communication
- Motivate and effectively perfomance manage team leads provide direction, mentoring, coaching, and leadership support to all direct reports and identify any knowledge and competency gaps for training & improvement
Requirement:
1. Min S1
2. Experience as Operation Supervisoir at least 2 years of work, preferably an operation manager in BPO Operations (Inbound Call and Digital)
3. Managed at least 50 FTEs across multiple lines of Business
4. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal & written in English
5. Capable of Building produtive business relationshipd with clients
6. Proven Track record of meeting and delivering targets and commitment
7. Strong organizational, managerial, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving & analytical skills
