Production Staff - Medical Device Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform product assembly processes based on technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and applicable quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet defined specifications.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards within the production and cleanroom areas.
• Report any deviations, non-conformities, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage.
• Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Fit and able to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment.
• Non-smoker (mandatory requirement).
