Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and user requirements.
- Analyze business needs, issues, and pain points, and propose effective solutions to meet business goals.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing, and provide production system support.
- Perform business and user requirement analysis, including creating mockups and functional flows.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including: Functional Specifications (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Business Cases, Process Flows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria for developers and testers.
- Execute each phase of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from project scoping to end-user testing.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track project progress end-to-end.
- Involved in ideation, research, design, development, and deployment stages.
- Ensure solutions follow industry best practices and standards.
- Prepare and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including: Drafting test scenarios Coordinating test execution, Documenting test results.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare test data and validate features using simple SQL queries.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Banking / Financial Services Industry).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
- Skilled in creating: BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Business process diagrams (BPMN, Flowcharts, UML)
- Proficient in documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.
- Experienced in analyzing data and using data visualization techniques and tools.
- Understand database concepts and able to write simple SQL queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- English proficiency (written and passive speaking).
- Must have own laptop (minimum Core i5).
- Willing to work onsite (office or customer site).
- Available to work during office hours with minimum 1-year contract.
