Description
- Oversee daily operations of the cashiering department to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage and train cashiering staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze reports on cashiering operations and sales performance
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in cash management or related role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, sales management, customer management, teamwork
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage staff and implement effective strategies
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with occasional overtime and will do roving in the different stores.
