Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, profitability, and customer experience of the Fragrance Factory branch at Robinsons Galleria Cebu. The role ensures that sales targets are achieved, store operations run efficiently, inventory is properly managed, and the branch team consistently delivers excellent customer service. The Branch Manager is expected to lead, coach, and develop the store team while maintaining compliance with company policies and mall operational standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and customer traffic.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize average transaction value.
• Promote new products, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Branch Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and Robinsons Mall requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure all store equipment, fixtures, and facilities are properly maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Sales Associates.
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and evaluations.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing work environment.
• Address employee concerns while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Customer Service

• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promote a service culture that exceeds customer expectations.

Inventory Management

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse.
• Minimize inventory losses, damages, and shrinkage.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and handling of merchandise.
• Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend replenishment plans.

Financial Management

• Ensure accurate cashiering and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor branch expenses and help manage operating costs.
• Safeguard company assets, cash collections, and inventory.
• Prepare sales reports, cash reports, and inventory reports as required.

Marketing & Business Development

• Support company marketing initiatives and local store promotions.
• Coordinate with mall administration regarding events and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and store traffic.
• Build relationships with local entrepreneurs, hobbyists, schools, and organizations that may benefit from Fragrance Factory products and workshops.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and occupational safety standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate branch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, specialty retail, or consumer products.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in inventory management and retail reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
• Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
