All Internship Position

Bocorocco is an Indonesian footwear brand dedicated to redefining comfort through Pillow Concept Technology™. Proudly manufactured in Indonesia, Bocorocco has grown into one of Indonesia’s leading comfort footwear brands, with more than 70 counters nationwide and 8 luxury boutiques located in major premium malls.

ALL INTERNSHIP POSITION

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid - WFH and WFO 1-2 times per week at PIK 1 office or mobile to Boutiques based on needs.

Working Days: Monday – Friday 09:00 - 18:00.

*Working arrangements and schedules may be adjusted in accordance with business needs.

1. Public Relation

Major: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Support the execution of the company's Public Relations and branding activities.

Serve as an MC for various events, activations, gatherings, and corporate activities.

Coordinate with media, communities, KOLs, influencers, and external partners to support event initiatives.

2. Creative Multimedia

Major: Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting.

Skilled in operating photo/video cameras and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

Capture and edit photo/video content for social media, branding, and promotional needs while company events, campaigns, and various corporate activities.

3. Content Creator

Major: Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or a related field.

Create product photo and video content for marketplace and affiliate needs.

Capture product footage for various content requirements.

Edit short-form videos for Shopee Video, product pages, and affiliate campaigns.

Provide video assets to support affiliate creators.

4. Visual Merchandiser

Major: Fashion Design,  Fine Arts, Marketing, Visual Communication Design.

Assist in developing and implementing store planograms.

Support visual display setup for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.

Assist in creating window displays and in-store visual presentations.

5. E-Commerce Support

Major: Business, Marketing, Management,  E-Commerce, or a related field with 

Basic knowledge of marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Assist in managing product listings, stock updates, and pricing across marketplaces.

Support inventory tracking and ensure product data accuracy.

Assist in preparing administrative documents and campaign requirements for promotions.

6. Graphic Designer

Major: Communication Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts.

Assist in creating visual materials for social media, branding, promotions, and corporate communications.

Develop creative designs, including posters, flyers, banners, catalogs, and other marketing materials.

Ensure visual consistency across all brand and communication assets.
