- Executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Managing contracts and negotiations with clients and suppliers.
- Focusing on pricing, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinating with other teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to streamline the commercial process.
- Preparing reports on sales performance and market activities.
Skillset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) expertise.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and product positioning.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
12 Months Key Performance Index
- 12 Months Term Contract @ Basic Salary IDR 3,600,000 (+) Allowances Per Month
- Total Fixed Salary Package, no more than IDR 5,000,000 (before tax, insurance and pension fund)
