Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads and other paid media channels with a primary focus on driving online sales and ROAS.
• Develop and manage full-funnel e-commerce campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, dynamic product ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as ROAS, Purchase Conversion, CPA, Revenue, and other.
• Analyze campaign, website, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Creative, E-commerce, Brand, and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising, preferably in an e-commerce company or agency handling e-commerce clients.
• Proven experience managing sales-driven campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Experienced in managing product catalog campaigns, dynamic ads, retargeting, and shopping campaigns.
• Proficient in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimization decisions.
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, Google Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Must provide a portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful e-commerce advertising campaigns, including campaign results (ROAS, revenue growth, or sales performance).

Nice to Have

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of IDR 50 million+.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of attribution models, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, and Google Enhanced Conversions.
• Knowledge of email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), or customer retention strategies.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads certifications.
