About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Delivery & Solutions to lead our Delivery and Presales functions. This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of customer projects across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, Cloud, Data Management, and Managed Services while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

You will work closely with Sales, Executive Management, customers, and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions and lead a high-performing technical organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across implementation and managed services engagements.

• Establish delivery governance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Manage delivery risks, project escalations, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee resource planning, workforce allocation, utilization, and capacity management.

• Lead multiple technology practices including Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, Cloud, Data Governance, and Managed Services.

• Drive the presales function, including solution design, technical proposals, estimation, RFP responses, and customer presentations.

• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.

• Review Statements of Work (SOW), project estimates, and support strategic business opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Presales Leads, and technical consultants.

• Promote continuous improvement through standardized delivery processes, governance, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in Enterprise IT Services, System Integration, or Consulting.

• At least 5 years leading large delivery organizations.

• Proven experience managing large technical teams (50+ consultants).

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or managed services projects.

• Strong commercial understanding of project delivery, profitability, and resource planning.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Technical Knowledge
