About the role

the sister company of Clinieva Skin & Aesthetic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for their Villa management to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our Villa partners. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients and staff, which is essential to the success of our business and the satisfaction of those we serve.

Key responsibilities

• Check in and check out the guest
  
  Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas of the clinic maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Supervise, train and mentor housekeeping staff members, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning protocols and standard operating procedures

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary and managing stock efficiently

• Conduct regular inspections of all clinic areas, including treatment rooms, patient areas, corridors and common spaces, documenting any issues or maintenance requirements

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control procedures and local environmental standards

• Respond promptly to urgent cleaning needs and resolve any issues that may arise during operations

• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, staff performance and maintenance activities

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any special cleaning requirements

• Report to management on the status of housekeeping operations and recommend improvements where necessary

• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the housekeeping team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar leadership role within the hospitality or healthcare sector, ideally within a clinic, hospital or luxury facility

• Demonstrable knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning protocols and infection control standards

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements

• Proficiency in managing inventory, budgets and resources effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities

• Fluency in English is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous

• Knowledge of aesthetic clinic environments and their specific cleaning requirements is highly desirable
