Technical Product Specialist

• Conduct employee training programs, including product training, sales training, new product introductions, onboarding, and skills development. 
• Perform research, marketing analysis, technical sales inquiries, warranty claim evaluations, and organize seminars and similar activities. 
• Develop and deliver technical training programs on heavy equipment, diagnostics, repair procedures, and emerging technologies. 
• Prepare training materials, manuals, videos, and other relevant documentation. 
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve technical skills and knowledge. 
• Support certification and continuing education initiatives for technicians and service staff. 
• Collaborate with service managers, product engineers, sales teams, and other departments to align training content with current service needs. 
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and industry best practices. 
• Maintain training records and generate reports for management. 
• Accept and perform such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or heavy equipment servicing.
• Proficient in developing and delivering training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
