Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Brand Transformation: Direct the marketing strategy for two faith-driven real estate projects and their subsidiary businesses. Shift brand communications away from traditional, product-led sales pitches toward educational, value-driven storytelling and empathy.
• Department Operations & Team Building: Mentor, and manage a highly specialized marketing department (encompassing video, events, web development, and automation). Establish clear KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and manage the department's financial budget with strict ROI accountability.
• Digital Modernization & Infrastructure: Overhaul the company's marketing infrastructure by introducing and managing advanced automation tools (e.g., Zapier), CRM integrations, and direct marketing databases (Mailchimp, SMS, Viber) to reduce operational friction and streamline internal workflows.
• Sales Enablement & Agent Empowerment: Act as the bridge between corporate marketing and the daily activities of the sales force. Design, deploy, and manage marketing initiatives that empower senior-aged sales agents to confidently adopt digital tools and help standardize their daily selling activities.
• Institutional Relations & Strategic Expansion: Lead strategic market entry initiatives (e.g., Rizal region expansion) and direct media/event coordination for partnerships. Act as the primary liaison for coordination with key religious, LGU, and institutional organizations to secure long-term operational stability.
• Creative & Multimedia Direction: Define and elevate the brand's visual presentation by directing high-end video production, professional photography, and live event media coverage to command attention and maintain a premium brand identity.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner directly with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Inurnment, Systems, HR, Collections, etc.) to resolve complex client situations and remove operational bottlenecks, ensuring that the company delivers on the care and fairness promised by the brand.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related executive field.
• Experience: Extensive senior-level marketing experience with a proven track record in organizational development, cross-functional leadership, and managing multi-brand portfolios.
• Technical Proficiency: High-level expertise in marketing automation (Zapier, Mailchimp), digital ecosystem strategy, and multimedia design/production.
• Leadership Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and strategic diplomacy for navigating complex client situations, empowering senior sales forces, and coordinating with high-level government/religious officials.
• Financial Literacy: Strong capability in overseeing departmental budgets, tracking strict financial ROIs, and presenting high-level performance analytics to executive management.
