Position Description & Requirements Remote Overnight Teleradiologist – General Radiology (Neuroradiology Preferred, ~20%) Matrix | Radiology Partners Position Overview: Matrix, the premier internal teleradiology practice within Radiology Partners, is seeking a Remote Overnight Teleradiologist with a primary focus on General Diagnostic Radiology, with Neuroradiology expertise preferred (~20% of case mix). This opportunity is ideal for radiologists who enjoy a diverse overnight caseload, value autonomy, and want to benefit from one of the most competitive compensation models in teleradiology today. Recent compensation enhancements at Matrix have resulted in a significant increase in earning potential, including the introduction of Matrix-specific Neuro Modifiers that substantially increase TBWU values for neuroradiology studies, creating premium reimbursement rates for neuro work and rewarding subspecialty expertise. Shift Details (CST) • Early Overnight: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM • Overnight: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM • Flexible scheduling: 7-on/7-off or 7-on/14-off • Independent Contractor option: ~40 hours/month, including ~18 weekend hours Key Highlights • 100% remote overnight-only role • Up to $100,000 commencement bonus • Significant recent compensation increases across Matrix • Matrix Neuro Modifiers provide premium TBWU credit and enhanced compensation for neuroradiology studies • Primary focus on General Radiology: CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and broad inpatient/ED imaging • Approximately 20% Neuroradiology case mix (head CT/MR, stroke imaging, spine studies) • Consistent overnight volumes across a diverse national hospital network • Collaborative, physician-led culture with national infrastructure support • Uncapped earning potential • Accelerated partnership track with profit-sharing opportunities Practice Environment: Matrix combines a collegial, physician-driven culture with the scale and resources of a national organization. Overnight radiologists benefit from: • 24/7 dedicated worklists supported by AI-enabled workflow tools • CORE Operations Team managing calls, logistics, and case coordination • Streamlined systems designed for efficient, interruption-free overnight reads • Connected and supportive remote physician community • MosaicOS integrated technology platform Candidate Profile: We are seeking radiologists comfortable with a broad general radiology workload in an overnight setting. • Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred • Experience in General / Acute Care Radiology strongly preferred • Comfortable interpreting high-volume CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and ED/Inpatient imaging • Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR) • MD or DO with Diagnostic Radiology residency training • Fellows and graduating residents encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits:- $475,000 – $900,000+ compensation potential
